"The Cost of Dreams"

A project I did for Advanced Art with Ms. Anderson. Collage on board.

I used gouache and water color paper for the Statue of Liberty, the passport, the green card, and the dollar bill that is hidden by the paper bag scraps I covered the bottom with. I used a mixture of nail polish and old acrylic paint and was kind of inspired by Jackson Pollock for the splatters. Fun fact: my APUSH notes and the Constitution serve as the background.
