Nova Scotia filmmaker Jason Buxton's mystery thriller "Sharp Corner" premiered on September 6 during the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival at the TIFF Lightbox. The psychological thriller that's touted as a must see for fans was attended by its cast and is Buxton's long-awaited feature since Blackbird (TIFF'12).
"Sharp Corner" is a story of a family man who developed an unhealthy obsession with being ready for the next accident after a car crashes on his front yard. The film dives into the lengths he took to save the victims and the consequences of his actions.
