With veteran stars Paul George and Kawhi Leonard’s style of leadership relying more on their on court presence, Westbrook has been the vocal leader of this Clippers team.
A recent report from the LA times staff Andrew Greif stated that Westbrook’s leadership mindset on the team started last February, during the Clippers minicamp, where Russ gifted an iPhone 15 Pro Max for every teammate present along with items from his clothing line, Honor The Gift. Westbrook also made team dinners, workouts mandatory.

Now that Russ has embraced his leadership role with this team and given Kawhi & PG will remain healthy in the grueling NBA season, the Clippers have a strong chance of making it in the postseason.

Proven veterans Ivica Zubac, Nicholas Batum, are still serviceable pieces and will be a good mix with its young players like Kenyon Martin Jr. and Terrance Mann.
