A slow start on the road saw the LA Clippers trail by as many as 20 points and never led until three minutes left in regulation. Thanks to a 42-point burst in the fourth quarter, the visiting team escaped with a victory, 122-116 against the struggling Houston Rockets.

Kawhi Leonard had a superstar performance, 28 points, six rebounds and seven assists while Paul George scored 19 of his 21 points in the second half to foil Alperen Sengun's fourth career triple double. The Houston Rocket center had a monster game with 23 points, 19 rebounds and 14 assists.
"We came out very slow pace with no urgency, and we got in the huddle and said let's pick up our energy" Leonard told ESPN post-game. Leading sixth man candidate Norman Powell contributed 12 points off the bench to help the Clippers improve to 40-21 and in fourth place in the Western Conference standings.
The Clippers will head back home to LA and play host to the Chicago Bulls on Saturday, March 9 and the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday, March 10.
