Bay FC's late 1-0 victory against North Carolina Courage at PayPal Park in San Jose, California has significantly boosted their chances of making history in clinching for a playoff spot in their inaugural season.

A free kick from Zambian striker and World's Most Expensive Female Footballer Racheal Kundananji curled into the penalty box as Dahlkemper bamboozled her way in to score the late and winning goal for Bay FC in the 83'.

The win puts Bay FC just one point away from securing their place in the playoffs. A win or draw in their upcoming away match against Houston on November 2 will confirm their playoff berth. The game will be played at Shell Energy Stadium at 6:30 PM PST and will be broadcasted live on ION.
